We have lots going on…

The Salvation Army Good Food Box - Now in two sizes!

Large box of fresh fruits & veggies for $15.00 or a small $10.00 bag perfect for singles. This program is open to all community members. Every effort is made to buy local produce for the box/bag. You must pay by the first Thursday of the month at noon and pick up is the second Thursday between 1:00 to 4:00 pm.

Food Cupboard

The Food cupboard is open every Thursday afternoon between 1:00-3:30 pm. The cupboard is open to anyone living locally in need of food. Due to limited space and resources available food does change from week to week. Food & cash donations to the cupboard are always welcome.

Milk for Families

The Community Health Centre is a distribution site for the Milk for Families program. One milk coupon is available per family for those in need. Coupons are available on Thursday afternoons when the Food Cupboard is open.

Smoking Cessation Treatment

In partnership with CAMH the Centre is pleased to offer a free smoking cessation program. Free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (patch, gum, in haler, lozenge) and counseling support for those who want to quit smoking. To find out more, or make an appointment please call the Centre.
